Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton Schedules Second Post-Pregnancy Appearance

The pregnant duchess will grace us with her presence again.
Kate Middleton has scheduled her second post-pregnancy appearance in order to keep up with the responsibilities of her title. The 31-year-old mom-to-be will appear at the Hope House Treatment Centre in London on February 19th.
Us Weekly is relaying the news via an official statement from the St. James’ Palace.
According to the announcement, Kate will meet with patients of the facility, which specializes in treating women who are combating substance addiction—part of the Action on Addiction organization.
“It is a great honour for the Charity that Her Royal Highness has chosen to become our patron,” said Nick Barton, Chief Executive of Action on Addiction, in a press release. “We are thrilled that the Duchess will be supporting us in our mission to free people from addiction and its effects.”
Along with being a Patron of Action on Addiction, Kate has assumed the honorary positions of:
  • Royal Patron of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices
  • Royal Patron of The Art Room
  • Patron of the National Portrait Gallery, London
Kate has been recently spotted at a Starbucks in London and during the unveiling of her solemn-faced official portrait at the National Portrait Gallery earlier this month.
